How to find what file occupies a particular sector?

I help folks out quite a bit here, but this time it's me that needs the help...
Anyone know of a program that runs under XP, and works with NTFS, that will tell
me what file is occupying a particular sector? That is, I'd like to be able to enter
a sector number, like 27,939,273, and be told what file that sector is (currently)
a part of. Anyone know of such a beast (preferably free)?
Thanks!
