Boot into safe mode. Once booted, right-click on My Computer, go to Properties, Advanced, click the Settings button under Startup and Recovery, and uncheck "Automatically restart." Then, reboot normally, and, once it's booted, take a look in the Event Log to see what errors are being reported during boot.
