I Built a real Quite Computer for hooking up to the Television as a PVR, I use Large slow Moving 120mm Case and CPU Fans, and purchased a Fanless Power Supply. The Power Supplys are a bit expensive, but make no noise at all, I also use a Video Card with minimal noise.
