All your emails in outlook express are stored in a .dbx file. Mine are stored here...
   C:\Documents and Settings\John\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{92AF9703-246B-4BBE-BD7E-7B455A7EBA01}\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\Inbox.dbx To access this file you must go to folder options and check "show
hidden files and folders" option. Not sure if you can extract a single email though.
Do a google search on extracting email messages from outlook express, I came up
with a few hits, didn't look at them though.
