I think you have a bad device driver loading there - it's css-dpv.sys which is known to cause problems. Preventing it loading might bring enough stability back to get the machine to boot, if you are lucky. This driver is listed as "supicious" and known to send out emails. That classes it as a rootkit in my book and you need some clever strokes to get rid of it. Can you connect the disk up as a slave drive on another PC, or do you have access to a BartPE bootable CD?
