Please help to remove blue & yellow box

Hi. Please help. When i turn on PC a Blue & yellow box
appears saying--Warning spyware detected on your
computer. Install an antivirus remover. I have tried
system restore, but only point is same day so problem remains and it wont let me
go back to previous month.
I have tried Spybot S & D but it does not work.
I would appreciate your advice. Cheers. Barry
