Michele,
Start up in Safe Mode and see if you can remove the listed file/files.
Use the search function to find the file. Right click the file & delete from search
results. Search also for any files known o be associated with the program.
You may also have to turn of System Restore to clear all the previous Restore points,
then create a new Restore Point when you are sure the file has been deleted.
