This is all very odd. Ask toolbar isn't even loaded at boot time - only when you
open the internet browser - so I can't see why that should have anything to do with
it. The PC should not be rebooting sometimes and not all the time. That particular
behaviour sounds more like a hardware fault such as bad RAM (memory) or the CPU overheating
or something like that. Further, you say that you found the file in two locations,
but not where you should have looked for it straightaway, namely the c:\windows\system32\drivers
folder as it appears in the boot log. It may be a hidden file there in that folder.
