Michele,
You're welcome.Good to hear you're making progress.
Maybe I wasn't clear about System restore. You MUST disable System Restore to rid
the Computer of any and ALL existing Restore Points.
System Restore contains copies of the C:\ windows\System32 folder, as it was, before
you deleted anything.
Leave System Restore disabled untill you are no longer having problems and all the
files/Folders associated with this problem have been deleted, and the Recycle Bin
is empty.
Then, and only then, Re-enable System Restore and create a new Restore Point.
The Driver Not Loaded in Bootlog simply indicates there is a left over Registry entry
for css-dvp.sys. The Driver could not load because you deleted it from Windows\ System\32.
Not worth worrying about, at this point.
Sounds like it's time to sit back and see if the problems are resolved.
