Well I had so many restore points, up to 3 a day and I have never cleared any for
the life of the computer, and after reading that windows creates one about every
day and they hog space, I cleared them because my computer was booting up nice the
last 5 times. I disabled restore points, enabled restore points, gained 2 gigs disk
space, and created a new restore point. Then I restarted computer and it was shaky
whether it would boot up completely, flickering, flickering, restarted twice and
here I am. So I'm back to square one. Any ideas? I wonder if memory may have something
to do with it. I know when this problem first started something I read directed
me to change my virtual memory settings and then it worked better right away for
a while. BTW, I have restore points disabled now.
