I have a question about Get Rid of Irritating Splash Screens:

just wondering if anyone knows a way to get rid of the splash screen in Tag&Rename. i use version 3.2. i'm 99% sure that it's just a pause, and that the program loads immediately _after_ the splash screen. i use the program an awful lot, but almost always from the context menu in the explorer view of windows... which means i'm looking at that splash screen a lot, and waiting (yeah, it's just 2 or 3 seconds.. but they add up). i've sifted through the registry and looked in the program folder itself, finding nothing useful. any info would be greatly appreciated. (if it comes down to it, i'll even hex edit the thing)
