There may be some entries in the system Event Log which could give some more clues. Go to Start - Run - enter "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and click OK. This will display the Event Viewer. Double-click on the System log and see if there are any errors logged from around the date/time of the problem occurrence. Right click on an entry and choose Properties to get detailed information on it. Post back with the details of any likely-looking entries. Cheers. Spexx.
