It is very clear that the firewall software on computer B is blocking inbound communications for file and printer sharing. Besides, it doesn't make any sense to share a printer from a wirelessly networked laptop. Move the printer to computer A where it will stay stationary, and let the laptop roam free. Other than that, you're doing everything right.. You just need to get rid of that firewall software and the world will be a better place.
