re: how to fix sounds Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at 1:13 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by cogs (132 messages posted) in the control panel,when you go into your sounds and audio devices properties, in the sounds tab, there is a box above the sound choices, that lets you save a sound theme. open up that box and see what's saved, and either delete it, or create a new sound scheme and save it.
