As for the subject line - well, it got your attention and that was the intention, to get the message out there before access to the Recovery Console is needed but denied by the bug. Now I'm trying to think of a subject line for getting the attention of those who've never heard of unchecking the Auto Restart on System Failure box so that bsod details can be read, then after that..... perhaps a simple method of booting when Ntldr goes walkabout and has taken the OS cd with it.....
