You can delete individual entries by highlighting them and pressing 'delete' on the keyboard. Alternatively you can go to Tools>Internet Options>Content and select autocomplete. From there if you click 'clear forms' it will erase all pre-entered text. Note that this will not only remove Google history but other sites too (eg. email addresses).
