Search companion problem Monday, October 6, 2008 at 2:06 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Mike (11 messages posted) When working in a Folder and clicking on the Search Icon (Magnifying glass) I now get a web search instead of the search companion which gives me a choice of looking in files or folders. When I attempt to customize it back to Search Companion I get the following script error: http://ie.search.msn.com/en-us/srchasst/srchcust.htm. Can some help me get the search companion back?
