This is pretty typical of malware.. If you have actually removed the malware, this is simply a remnant left over. Download dial-a-fix, and it when you run it, it will immediately tell you about a couple of restrictive policies on your computer. Tell it to remove those policies. Now, go into control panel -> display -> desktop -> "customize desktop" -> "web" tab -> uncheck everything, click ok. Now change your desktop to whatever you want it to be. Verify your screensaver is also set to an appropriate screensaver. http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4899.html
