When I try to print a pic that is downloaded in My Pics, a gen. tab keeps saying "no profiles set up on this computer". What profiles do they mean? I am using OE. How do I create a profile?

When I click on the pic I want to e-mail, I still get "Microsoft Ofc Outlook--No profiles have been created. To create a new profile, use the Mail icon in the Control Panel". I go to the mail icon in control panel & R click. Gen. tab come up with "The following profiles are set up on this computer". There is a blank space and I can't type in this space. What next? I went to OE-tool, accts-mail & filled all the blanks.
