I guess by Power button you mean the Power Options on the Control Panel? I switched to Always On, set all the options to Never, and changed the Advanced to not login after being in Standby. No difference. Admittedly I did leave my screensaver enabled because that is the one thing I want to happen after X minutes of inactivity.
