Eventualy I could acess nothing. It was fixed but came back with things in different formats and places. Just realized no zoom. Used to have a 100% figure at the bottom and clicking on this gave me increase/decrease options. This has gone. No zoom option in view either.Windows xp, ie7. Help please, in novice terms if poss.
