I have recently installed SP3 and KB updates. Now my Windows folder shows many folders with the name $NtUninstallKB..$. There is also a large folder (469 MB) named $NtServicePackUninstall$. Are these folders necessary to retain? What purpoe do they serve? If they are useless can I simply remove them by right click and 'delete'? thanks.
