several issues, sound not working, driver problems, ram issues, and videocard/monitor problems

not sure where to start, kinda n00b so bear with me.
first issue is no sound. have onboard sound, the one with the purple, green, and
blue inputs and a soundblaster audigy 2 zs, neither are working despite the volume
controls showing the volume is on, and no mute. problem two, the following items
in the device manager have ! next to them, and the update driver option says the
wizard can't find a match better than the one installed:radeon 9800xt(this device
cannot start), trident video accellerator 96xx/938x(This device cannot find enough
free resources that it can use. (Code 12) the following have ? next to them, and
getting same message with the update driver button:ethernet controller(The drivers
for this device are not installed. (Code 28)), RAID controller(This device is disabled.
(Code 22)), sm bus controller(The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code
28)), video controller(The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28))
third issue, i have four ram slots, when i have all four ram sticks inserted
and i start my computer, the monitor does not come on, when i take one out, the computer
beeps like hell and still don't come on, it loads ok with two. and finally, i have
two video cards, no onboard, don't know types, one i use for my monitor, the other
for an svideo out to my tv, sometimes the tv comes on, other times it does not.
i know this is a lot to drop at once, but they do seem like minor issues, my comp
basically works ok, so please help.
