For the hardware you need to track the drivers down, if they are built into the motherboard
then your motherboard maker would have them available on their website. For anything
that is not on the motherboard, check with the company that made it for the driver.
The third issue (the TV out one) is either a driver problem or a flaky card, check
driver first. To get the model numbers on the video cards and the other hardware
look on the card, it will have a model number printed on the board somewhere, and
either Google that to find the card maker or go to their site and look up that model.
As for the RAM, some types must be loaded in pairs which is likely why you are unable
to boot with 3 sticks. Try swapping them around and see if it is always the same
stick that prevents the system from starting, if so then you just need to replace
that stick.
Is this a new system or an older one that has been upgraded over time?
