The computer restarted for no apparent reason, I wasnt downloading or installing anything. Now it keeps going to a screen which gives me the choices of: safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with command prompt, last good configuration, start windows normally, now matter which one i pick the computer reboots back to that same screen again and it wont go any further. I know I could restore to factory settings but theres a lot of family stuff on there that we dont want to lose. any help would be appreciated :) Responses to this message: re: Windows won't load.
