OK.. I did a fresh install of windows a day or two ago and got all my drivers and programs re-installed. One of the things I normally do is turn off the sound for the NAVIGATION Start. That clicking sound that happens every time you double click a folder or drive. I know to turn it off in the sound dialog in control panel, but after I turn it off and click apply, it still clicks. I go back in and its turned back on again. I've even gone to the media folder in windows to delete the file completely, only i can't find it. Is there another way to keep that sound OFF? It drives me crazy... thanks.
