Seriously, people who describe their problems accurately, without too much verbiage and respond to replies usually get good service from the many supporters of this forum :-) Conversely, people who are vague, are too lazy to make any sort of effort themselves, write pages of irrelevant stuff, already know the answer, miss out critical information or abuse those trying to help don't generally get much from posting here :-( That's life I suppose !
