Well placing a DWORD with the chosen account does a number of things but one of the
most important is to give the user the ability to turn the desktop on or off simply
by changing it's value of either 1 or 0.

I'm sure it would have booted to safe mode just fine but all I did was take what
I wanted, saved it to the other desktop. Deleted the account from control panel and
the registry and then I remade the account, restarted to see if the account would
even log on, it did so, I did my registry tweaks and then rebooted again and this
time it seems to be working just fine. But I'm telling you man this screen is FAST
FAST and there isn't much text but I would LOVE to know what it says.
