If so you need to create a universal boot disk (d/l the iso file after a google search, then burn it to a cd on a working computer). Then you can copy data files to a thumb drive. After data is retrieved, you can try repairing through the Repair Console, for which I can give you zero advice, or do a Repair Re-install.
