If all you want is a PC that works, you can ignore all the un-needed entries in the Registry - they are harmless. If you also have an innate sense of tidiness, first take a backup of your Registry and also create a Restore Point. Then just delete them all. If you screw up your system (unlikely but not impossible) you can just restore the Registry Personally I wouldn't bother.
