The first thing I would do is reset both modem and router with all computers shut 
off.  Turn modem on first and let it sync up and then turn router on and let it sync 
up, then turn pc's on and see what happens.  If that don't work, uninstall the network 
cards drivers and reboot and let windows reinstall them.  If that don't work, then 
try a different network card.
