How can I eliminate the splash screen for Pop Up Stopper Free Edition which appears
whenever Windows XP starts? An option for it appears in its tools, but is grayed
out. Apparently, when ordring the deluxe edition of Pop Up Stopper for a fee, disabling
of the splash screen is possible. There must be some registry tweak, but what is
it?
