Reboot and if the error still appears, disable the second startup program in msconfig. Continue doing that untill problem subsists and you will know what program is causing the problem. You will have to edit the registry to remove the offending key. If you search google for cmd32.exe or system32.exe, you'll find several hundred articles, some will tell you what to change in the registry. You can't get rid of it with MSConfig.
