NT Authority or RPC service errors usually point to MSBlaster or variant infestation
of your computer.
Here is the drill;
1. Turn on WinXP firewall--Netwok connections / properties of the internet connection
/ Advanced tab--->check ICF
2. Go to Control Panel / Admin tools/Services---> go tot the properties of the two
Remote Procedure entries/Recovery Tab and set all failures toi 'Take no Action'
3.Go to control panel/System/ SystemRecovery tab and turn OFF the System Restore
on all drives
4. Go to internet--->www.microsoft.com/downloads
install critical patch for MsBlaster
5.Go to http://housecall.antivirus.com and do a full on-line virus scan
6. Boot to Safe Mode---->then: Start / Search / All files and folders----tftp, svchost,
dllhost ___> there should onnly be one of each in the Windows\system32 folder
DELETE the rest.
7. Boot to normal Mode / turn the System Restore back ON.
Consider a data backup and a clean install to make sure any virus is completely removed.
Good Luck

I'm afraid you have the MS Blaster worm. Take a look here:

Another reference is Microsoft Knowledge Base Art. 823980 at the Microsoft website.
