I upgraded a Pavillion a couple years ago and research prior to the upgrade divulged that there were no XP drivers for the combo card and HPmhad no plans to support it, so I got a separate modem and sound card to replace the combo card. Try the HP site for XP drivers, but understand that since they sell their computers with an OS, providing drivers fro new OS' is a low priority ans even if provided, they may not work right. I hung on to one ME box for another year, because I couldn't find a bunch of drivers. Recently, I decided to try another look, and I now have found all the drivers, and they worked. Good luck.
