Norton Antispam 2004 and Outlook 2003

Hi
I use two profiles in Outlook 2003. If I exit Outlook and then run it again, selecting
a different profile, Outlook.exe gets a runtime error and closes. When I then run
Outlook again it tells me that Norton Antispam plugin was the cause of the crash
and would I like to disable it.
Well, I wouldn't because I like it.
This only happens if I have Outlook profiles enabled....
Any thoughts?
