A bit of research turned up that this DLL is part of Win32.Holax.A. Sounds to me like you got rid of the file, but didn't get rid of the run key in your registry. Go to Start >> Run >> "msconfig" >> Startup Tab. Uncheck these entries: RoxioEngineUtility C:\Program Files\Common Files\Roxio Shared\System\EngUtil.exe RoxioDragToDisc C:\Program Files\Roxio\Easy CD Creator 6\DragToDisc\DrgToDsc.exe RoxioAudioCentral C:\Program Files\Roxio\Easy CD Creator 6\AudioCentral\RxMon.exe Click Apply, then reboot and the error should not appear.
