Error Deleting Files or Folders

Recently I installed Leo's Lyrics Plug-in for WinAmp 5, it begin spreading its file
all over the dirctories it access i.e music folders, program files and temps
the folders it creates are wierd named ex. to~, e$f and unnamed folders. they all
contain lyrics text files and temp's. when i attempt to delete the wierd named folders
it deletes normally my problem is in deleting the unnamed folders it gives me the
following message:
cannot delete files: cannot read from the source file or disk.
how can i delete them? how can i prevent that plugin from doing such behavior in
the future.
