hello i have a p4 with ht 1 gb of ddr400 . a liteon dvd rom, a lite on dvd burner a maxtor sata hardrive, with win xp sp2 , problem im having is my burner will read discs but it wont detect blank ones so as result i cant burn cd's ive reformated 3 times, installed nero that came with it, this burner ran fine since last september when i got it, ive tried alot of diffrent things ,hopefully someone has a suggestion cause im at a loss

its a cd burner not a dvd burner
