Jai,
The cleanest download would probably come from Windows Update site.
Make sure you backup your data and create a restore point before downloading SP2

Jake...downloading it from the Windows Update site or support.microsoft.com is easy
if you have a high speed connection, but it's a hefty download at around 75MB if
I recall. If you have dial-up access that's usually not practical. Microsoft will
mail you a CD for free. Search their support pages for the online request form...Larry

Larry,
I keep forgetting that not all people have high speed access. I am spoiled. Not only
do I have cable but DSL in another part of the house.
My SP2 download literally took minutes.
