RegSeeker error

Getting a solid error running RegSeeker 1.45 on my Dell Webserver to cleanup after
deleting ZoneAlarm. Curious if anyone else has seen the error?
I've sent a couple E-mails to the "Lead programmer" but not received any response.
Too bad as this is a very nice program.

I have used this program for the last four years and have not come across your error
problem. About six months ago I uninstalled ZA because it was interferring with my
Firefox and I also cleaned the registry but did not experience any errors. I'm only
up to version 1.1 of the software. It's a great program. Maybe the later version
has some bug in it.

Am using the same Version as you but have not received any Errors.Used it recently
on a really crappy XP O/S which had almost more errors than healthy files and it
ran, whereas Adaware and Avast croaked Big Time.Of cours I use Regseeker for nothing
fancy, just scanning the registry after removing Software to get rid of any residue. The
only thing they talk about on their website is a possble problem wih Control Panel
and offer a Registry Fix for it if it does happen.V. 1.45 IS a Beta-Version

Mark, I'll try the 1.1 and 1.35 versions, see if they work any better. Thanks

Only older version I was able to find was 1.35 and it fails the same way. Time to
apply my rusty debugging skills and see if I can figure out what is causing it. RegSeeker
is either overflowing a bufffer or picking up a bad pointer. What ever it is it only
fails on my Webserver, not my HP Desktpo or Dell laptop. Data sensative I guess.
Time to make a new backup then clean the registry and see what happens (using RegSeeker
of course :-) ).
