Problem with DVD launcher

hi there. Newbie here. I'm haveing a problem with dvd launcher. Whenever I put
in a disc of any type, it doesn't launch, and everything locks up. I usually have
to shut everything down, that's when I get the alert box saying DVD launcher is shutting
down, then not responding.
Any idea what's going on? I recently tried to clean some stuff up, but I'm afraid
I did something I shouldn't have.

Try reinstalling DVDLauncher. It is not a XP program, so should be in Add/remove
Programs.

Thanks for replying.
I looked, but I didn't see anything that might be DVD launcher. I think maybe it's
something that runs in the background. (?) How do I find out exactly what it's called?
(I tried task manager too, but it didn't show up there.)

If you don't have the Program DVDLauncher, then look for Cyberlink PowerCinema,
it also has a exe file with same name.
