In Internet Options, whenever I change my privacy setings and then go onto the internet,
the privacy settings default back to "Accept all cookies". Then I get bomblasted
with all sorts of trash. Seems as tho the options for privacy have been hijacked
by some spyware? Need some help. Thanks, Gene

are you talking about internet explorer browser? are you changing 'override automatic
cookie handling'? are you clicking 'ok' after your choices?

Yes I am refering to Windows Exployer Browser. I have used the overide or just tried
to change from Medium to Medium High protection. Yes I always check the OK button,
but it continues to default to Accept all cookies. Thanks, Gene

i don't know where the option is for 'accept all cookies', cause i only have first
and third party cookies. if your 'always allow session cookies' box is checked, uncheck
it, and if it persists, then uncheck 'override automatic cookie handling'. you can
handle the cookies from the privacy level (medium, medium-high, etc.).
