hi folks....when i try to go to my msn hotmail...i click to sign in...it says done..but the page is blank...is it possible i have a virus?..i'm running xp...

You might try to delete your temporary internet files and also your cookies. I think it's under Tools, Options. Could be spyware too.

Hey there,

    You may also have an ad-blocking software or javascript blocker running.  I use 
Firefox with Adblock Plus and NOScript and I have to enable sites like Hotmail and 
Yahoo if I want to see my mail online.  You may want to check if anything is blocking 
your access to the site or at least from viewing the contents of the page.

    However, for mail, I find Thunderbird a preferable option to viewing my mail 
online anyway.

I get that same behavior with Hotmail at the office. On the blank 'done' page I just hit refresh and then the page reloads properly. Firefox is uneffected. See if refreshing the page gets you in.
