hi
when i start a web service on my machine i get this error
Cannot start Windows Time service on Local Computer
can anyone help...

Well you could try clicking start -> run -> type "services.msc" (without the quotes)
and press ENTER. Now, scroll down to "Windows Time" and check its properties. Make
sure it is not disabled, but set to automatic, and make sure it is started.

ya i already checked that... all is set.

Can you be more specific with what you are doing when you "start a web service?"

i get error no 5 access denied.
i installed on my machine the same service runs..but cannot on the new machine
