I haven't seen a Router for Home use that would do it. What I did was set up a mail server with my own growing blacklist and occasionally use a commercial blacklist. Spam still get through. It's easier to change addresses a couple times a year. I have a one of these on my [non-win] email program, and it catches over 95% of the incoming spam. It's sent automatically to the trash folder, where I look to be sure it hasn't accidentally mislabled a ham message as spam before emtying the trash.
