Is there a way to play sounds on this thing? even if the quality sux, i could at least watch a movie. Tried the speak.exe thing and couldnt figure it out and then it froze my pc and i had to wipe it and reinstall windows.

Maybe, if we had any idea what "This thing" is, other than something that needs some 
Windows  Operating system, or the other.

Does it Have a name/Model #?

NEED to supply some info.
