I'm unable to open email, stored email files, operate the calendar, contacts in Outlook 2002. The only message I'm getting is "Can't open this file".

I suggest you locate an Office related forum for help. Annoyances only has Windows
support forums, and Outlook is unrelated to XP.

Try Tech Support Guy or Woody's lounge. Good luck.

You're welcome, and good luck.

P.S. Another option, if you subscribe to newsgroups, you could try locating an Outlook
discussion group via Google.
