I have horizontal lines blinking on my screen,when pc loads,or if I do anything with pc,such as use a search engine. would someone please help me with this. Thanks

Go to the device manager. Find the monitor and see if has a generic driver or the one needed by your monitor. You may need to update the driver. Or change your screen resolution or refresh rate.
