If SeaTools says your drive is okay, then I would suggest doing the following:
Click on Start then Run, type chkdsk c: /r and press Enter.
Reply Y when asked if you want this to occur on the next
boot, then reboot.
This will do a more thorough scan of your hard drive and resolve problems where
possible. If that completes then see how your system behaves.
Don't interrupt chkdsk when it's running. Let it complete. This can take a while
so be patient.
